Mission Statement
Salty Paws of the Lowcountry is a no-kill, 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to giving animals a second chance at life through rescue of abandoned animals, trapping, spay and neuter to reduce overpopulation, education for animal welfare, animal adoptions and community animal assistance.
Featured Adoptable Cat: WHISKERS!
WHISKERS is beautiful, soft gray, buff and floofy 8-ish year old female cat who came to us when her owner left and abandoned her in a Bluffton neighborhood. How rude! The streets were no place for this sweet and gentle cat, so Salty Paws took her in with the hopes of helping her find her true, loving, never-gonna-give-up on you furever home. Whiskers has been amazing despite the uncertainty in her life. She takes a few moments to make sure you are going to be kind to her, and then it is game on for cuddles and love. Won't you consider adding this lovely senior to your family? Whiskers just had a full dental cleaning, is spayed, FIV+ and up to date with her vaccines. She is ready to be your one-and-only BFFF (best feline friend forever).
